When it comes to Mother's Day, buying gifts can be hard...
Today I'm going to be sharing with you some mother's day gift ideas that I think would make lovely presents.

The majority of women loooooove chocolate and so I think this makes the perfect gift idea for Mother's Day- nothing screams I love you mum more than a box of chocolates, right?! The two varieties that I have gone for are both orange flavoured, the first is the Elizabeth Shaw Orange Crisp* these come packaged beautifully and each chocolate is individually wrapped making it seem that little bit more luxury and secondly, Terry's Chocolate Orange as they are an all time classic and the perfect addition to a Mother's Day gift bundle.

As a beauty lover myself, I love to give beauty and pamper products as gifts on special occasions. The first one being this beautiful Paul & Joe body soap, this is a lovely luxury shower gel/body wash with hints of Orange in to give the skin that Vitamin C glow- also, how gorgeous is the dusky pink packaging?
My second pick is the Righteous Butter from Soap and Glory, everyone is in need of body lotion around this time of year and Soap & Glory is one of my favourite brands when it comes to pamper products- this one smells heavenly, works wonders and the perfect gift.
Next up we have nail polish, Essie has soon become my favourite brand for nail polish as they're long lasting, fast drying and super easy to apply! If you're looking for something small to give then a nail polish is a lovely gift for your mum this Mother's Day.
I am bit obsessed with Charlotte Tilbury (see my CT collection here ) and so it's no surprise that a CT lipstick has made it into my gift guide! Choosing out a lipstick shade for someone is a lovely personalised gift idea and one that can be used over and over again, the Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks have a real luxury feel to them and the formula is amazing.
What would a beauty and pamper section be without a Lush product? These make lovely gifts as they allow your mum to relax and unwind and perhaps try something that she usually wouldn't buy, Lush also do amazing gift sets around this time of year and so if you're stuck for ideas then i'd recommend popping into a store and seeing what you can find.
And lastly in my beauty edit we have the Aura Manuka Honey facemark from Antipodes*, this is INCREDIBLE- after having troubled skin this past week I used this once and it soothed and calmed down my skin right away, it's perfect for dry and troubled skin or just to use as a skin pick me up. This would make the perfect gift as it's something that can be used over and over again and really help to make your mum's skin feel and look much better, this is something i'm going to repurchase when I've used it up as its a real skincare saviour.

Another gift that has the personal touch is fragrance, lately i've been loving Olympia from Paco Rabanne but scent is something that can be quite personal- perhaps your mum wore a certain scent when you were younger or you've found one that you think would suit her, Mother's Day is the perfect opportunity to give her a special fragrance.
what will you be buying for Mother's Day this year?
Love,
Dayna

I have no idea what I'll be buying my mum for mother's day this year but I did get a few good ideas from this post, especially with the Terry's chocolate orange because I always hear UK bloggers and Youtubers talking about it but I've never tasted it! I'm not even really sure where I can get it where I live...
