Playing With Masks

I love how a facemark can instantly make your skin feel refreshed and more alive, here are two of my current favourites..

If there’s anything i’ll happily spend more on when it comes to my skincare, it’s facemasks… They can completely change the feel and overall appearance of your skin, even on a rubbish skin day! These two are my favourites as they don’t tend to break me out and so I know I can rely on them when my skin is having not such a good time and they will help to even out any redness and overall dullness.

As the name suggests, this is a super quick and easy mask. It’s thin in consistency and so perfect for when you want to indulge without the messiness of a facemask and the beauty of this one is that it warms on the skin and so feels like a luxury pamper treatment. I like to pop this one on when I’m in the bath and rinse it off afterwards and it leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft, perfect for ‘that time of the month’ or when you are feeling rubbish and need a pick me up.

I’ve known about the launch of these masks for a while now and it’s been SO hard to keep quiet about them. But now they’ve launched I can sing from the rooftops about how much I love them, this one in particular. Firstly, I love the scent- it has green tea leaves within it that adds a real fresh/spa smell to the product- these are also amazing at detoxifying the skin. I’ve been choosing this one over all my others lately and love how fresh and awakened it leaves my skin feeling, it also helps to tone down redness and so the perfect companion to a skincare routine for those pesky blemishes that tend to appear.

have you tried either of these masks? What is your favourite face mask to use?

Love,

Dayna

  2. I haven't tried either of these masks but they both look lovely! I've seen the new range of the body shop masks floating around on various blog posts and youtube videos and they look fab! Can't wait to get my hands on a few of them.
